When I was 10 years old, I told my mom I wanted to be an Art Director. She said, "That's a nice side gig, but what do you really want to do?"

 

Challenge accepted! I set out to prove her—and everyone else—wrong.

 

I dabbled in all sorts of roles (even thought I'd be an account person once), picked up a ton of cool skills, and eventually circled back to the dream job little Tracy always wanted.

 

I've made awesome work in awesome places and have been living the dream at TBWA\Chiat\Day as an Art Director.
